Abstract
Un resorte en espiral de suspensión que comprende: una porción (12a) de vuelta de extremo inferior, que es menor que una vuelta de un extremo inferior (40a) de un alambre (40) conformado con una forma helicoidal; y una porción (12b) de vuelta de extremo superior, que es menor que una vuelta de un extremo superior (40b) del alambre (40), comprendiendo al menos la porción (12a) de vuelta de extremo inferior una primera porción (12a1), que oscila entre el extremo inferior (40a) del alambre (40) y un punto que sobrepasa 0,5 vueltas, y configurada para estar siempre en contacto con un asiento inferior (13, 103) del resorte con independencia de la magnitud de una carga, una segunda porción (12a2) que es contigua a la primera porción (12a1) y se extiende hasta un punto que es menor que una vuelta del extremo inferior (40a) del alambre, y configurada para hacer contacto con el asiento inferior (13, 103) del resorte o para estar separada del asiento inferior (13, 103) del resorte de conformidad con la magnitud de la carga, y una tercera porción (12a3) configurada para estar siempre separada del asiento inferior (13, 103) del resorte con independencia de la magnitud de la carga, comprendiendo el resorte en espiral de suspensión: una porción (50) de tensión residual de compresión entre la porción (12a) de vuelta de extremo inferior y la porción (12b) de vuelta de extremo superior, transmitiéndose una tensión residual de compresión desde una superficie del alambre (40) hasta una primera profundidad (D1) hacia la porción (50) de tensión residual de compresión; caracterizado porque el resorte en espiral de suspensión comprende, además: una porción (51) de tensión residual profunda en una región que incluye la segunda porción (12a2) de la porción (12a) de vuelta de extremo inferior, transmitiéndose una tensión residual de compresión desde una superficie del alambre (40) hasta una segunda profundidad (D2), más profunda que la primera profundidad (D1), hacia la porción (51) de tensión residual profunda.
