Abstract
Tobera de extrusión de rendija ancha con punto de accionamiento regulable, conteniendo un canal distribuidor con canto de salida recto y una sección transversal decreciente desde el lugar de entrada de alimentación hasta el final de acuerdo con la ecuación Ri=Ro.(b/B) elevado a 1/3. en que: B es la anchura del canal distribuidor desde el lugar de entrada de alimentación hasta el final, b la distancia media desde el final del canal distribuidor, Ro, el radio hidráulico del canal distribuidor en el lugar de alimentación, Ri, el radio hidraúlico del canal distribuidor en la distancia b desde el final, y por lo menos una isla de represamiento, dispuesta entre el canal distribuidor y la salida de la tobera con la altura H3, cuya longitud Li a la distancia b desde el final es igual a la ecuación Li=Lo.(b/B) elevado a 2/3 en que: Lo es la longitud de la isla de represamiento en el lugar de alimentación. Li es la longitud de la isla de represamiento a distancia b desde el final y b y B tienen el significado arriba citado y que se eleva por un uniforme salto de altura H desde 0, 1 hasta 5 veces la altura de salida H3 por encima de las zonas del canal de masa de moldeo, situadas delante, respectivamente detrás de la isla de represamiento, caracterizadas porque la isla de represamiento está dispuesta sobre un suplemento interior paralelepipédico, de altura regulable y se eleva sobre su superficie situada libremente por el importe de H.
