Abstract

Aparato para la producción de grafeno y materiales laminares a escala atómica similar mediante la deslaminación de material laminado a granel, tal como grafito; el aparato comprende una bomba principal para bombear un fluido que comprende una suspensión sólida de partículas del material laminar voluminoso, a una presión superior a 1 MPa, hacia los componentes de núcleo (10) que comprende un conducto de fluido (12), donde el conducto de fluido dirige el fluido contra un cabezal de impacto (16); el cabezal de impacto y el conducto están colocados de manera que se produce un espacio anular (202) de entre 500 {mi}m y 1 {mi}m entre un extremo del conducto y el cabezal de impacto, y un reborde para el cabezal de impacto (26) que extiende la zona en la que está el fluido restringido antes de salir de los componentes centrales. La presente invención describe un aparato para la producción de grafeno y materiales laminares a escala atómica similar mediante la deslaminación de un material laminar en masa, tal como grafito. El aparato comprende una bomba que dirige el fluido hacia un cabezal de impacto y a través de un espacio anular de entre 500 {mi}m y 1 {mi}m. Esto ocasiona fuerzas diferenciales de cizalladura, haciendo que el material a granel se divida en hojas laminares.
