Abstract

Una válvula de control del caudal, de uso más particularmente en los equipos de saneamiento, con orificio axial de entrada y radial de salida en un cuerpo que puede ser montado en un elemento de fontanería y en el que una pieza insertada de asiento de válvula, provista al menos de un orificio pasante, esta mantenida transversalmente al eje longitudinal de modo que no pueda girar y a la que está adaptado un disco de control de válvula al que se le puede hacer girar por medio de un husillo de válvula montado en el cuerpo de válvula y el cual tiene también por lo menos una abertura pasante, y teniéndose ajustado entre el orificio de entrada del elemento de fontanería y la pieza insertada de asiento de válvula un elemento de cierre estanco, caracterizada porque, el elemento de cierre estanco (20) está mantenido contra unos resaltes del cuerpo de válvula (2) por medio de una pieza soporte (21) de tal modo que la pieza insertada de asiento de válvula (5) tenga solo un determinado pretensado, a lavez que la cara del elemento de cierre estanco (20) del lado del orificio de entrada (10) sea deformable de acuerdo con las condiciones particulares de ajuste entre el elemento de fontanería (1) y el cuerpo (2).
