Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de sulfamidas del grupo pirimidínico, el cual procedimiento comprende, o bien el condensar una pirimidina de la fórmula general (**formula**) en que el símbolo hal representa halógeno , y el símbolo R representa halógeno o alcoxi bajo, con una sal alcalina de sulfanilamida o un derivado N4-acilo de la misma, el reemplazar el substituyente 6-halo (si está presente en el producto de condensación) por alcoxi bajo y el disociar el grupo N4-acilo (si está presente en el producto de condensación), o bien el condensar una 4-amino-6-alcoxi bajo-pirimidina con un haluro de bencensulfonilo substituido en 4, en que el substituyente 4 es convertible al grupo amino, el convertir dicho substituyente 4 a un grupo amino y el convertir, si se desea, la 4-sulfanilamido-6-alcoxi bajo-pirimidina así obtenida en una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable.
