Abstract

Freno de seguridad para un mecanismo elevador, donde un elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (BS) se encuentra conectado con al menos un accionamiento del mecanismo elevador, donde se proporciona un trinquete (SK) para el enganche en un espacio libre de trinquete del elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (BS) en el caso de una velocidad de descenso inadmisible del mecanismo elevador, donde el elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (BS) se encuentra bloqueado, donde se proporciona un actuador (A) para activar el trinquete (SK), caracterizado porque el trinquete (SK) y el actuador (A) están realizados y dispuestos de manera que en un estado sin energía del actuador (A) el trinquete (SK) se aplica en el elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (BS) o se engancha en el espacio libre de trinquete del elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (BS), y en un estado con energía del actuador (A) el trinquete (SK) se aparta del elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (SB) o se desengancha del espacio libre de trinquete, liberando el elemento dentado de bloqueo de frenado (BS), porque se proporciona un controlador electrónico o numérico para controlar el accionamiento y para activar el actuador (A), donde el controlador está preparado para monitorear una velocidad de descenso del mecanismo elevador y en caso de superarse una velocidad de descenso admisible se prevé un pasaje del actuador (A) al estado sin energía, y porque se proporcionan al menos dos sensores (SI, S2) vinculados al controlador, para determinar un estado de funcionamiento del trinquete (SK), donde mediante los sensores (SI, S2), con respecto al estado de funcionamiento, puede diferenciarse al menos entre el estado apartado, el estado de aplicación y el estado completamente enganchado en el espacio libre de trinquete.
