DESCRIPCIONDESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent, comprising two non-ionic surfactants. The invention also relates to the use of a washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent of this type and two non-ionic surfactants in a washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent.
Increasingly, delicate textile materials, such as silk or microfibers, are processed to obtain clothing that can be washed only at 30 or 40 ° C. In addition, washing that saves energy at low washing temperatures is fashionable. However, the power of washing agents in soils containing grease decreases with the reduction of washing temperatures. A pretreatment of soils that contain fat is considered annoying by many consumers.
In order to increase the cleaning power, it is proposed, for example, in WO 2011/117079 A1 the use of liquid, hydrophobic compounds in combination with (soaps) of unsaturated fatty acids. US 6,472,361 B1 describes liquid cleaning compositions containing ethoxylated C9-11 alkanols with 2 to 3 OE units and ethoxylated C8-18 alkanols with 7 to 8.5 OE units. These compositions show a good cleaning power in soils that contain grease. However, there is also a need to improve the cleaning power of washing, cleaning or pretreatment agents, in particular of dirt containing grease.
An objective of this invention was therefore the provision of a washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent with high cleaning power, in particular in soils containing grease.
Este objetivo se soluciona mediante un agente de lavado, de limpieza o de pretratamiento, que comprendeThis objective is solved by a washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent, which comprises
(a) del 1 % al 60 % en peso de un primer tensioactivo no ionico de formula(a) from 1% to 60% by weight of a first non-ionic surfactant of formula

Otra ventaja es que la potencia de limpieza elevada se produce ya a temperaturas de lavado bajas, por ejemplo a 20 °C.Surprisingly, it has been shown that by combining two alkoxylated non-ionic surfactants, in which the first surfactant has a lower degree of alkoxylation than the second surfactant, the cleaning power of a washing, cleaning agent or pretreatment, particularly in soils that contain fat. Another advantage is that high cleaning power is already produced at low washing temperatures, for example at 20 ° C.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the rest of the hydrocarbon is branched in position 2.
It is further preferred that in the case of the second non-ionic surfactant, R is an unbranched hydrocarbon residue with 12 to 18 carbon atoms, x = 7 or 8 and y = 0. These non-ionic surfactants can be obtained commercially, are economical and have a good potency cleaning.

This first non-ionic surfactant is contained in the agent in an amount of 1% to 60% by weight, with respect to the total amount of washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent. The first non-ionic surfactant has the formula

El segundo tensioactivo no ionico presenta la formulaIn addition, the washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent contains a second non-ionic surfactant in an amount of 1% to 60% by weight, based on the total amount of washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent. The second non-ionic surfactant has the formula

Para el segundo tensioactivo no ionico, oxoalcohol C13-15 con 7 OE se aplica que R sea un resto de hidrocarburo con 13 a 15 atomos de carbono, x = 7 e y = 0.Pretreatment agents In particular, primary alcohols with 8 to 18 atoms of C and on average 5 to 9 mol of ethylene oxide (OE) per mole of alcohol are used, in which the alcohol moiety can be linear or branched with methyl in the position 2 or may contain linear and branched methyl residues in the mixture, as they are usually found in oxoalcohol residues. In particular, however, alcohol ethoxylates with linear residues of naturally occurring alcohols with 12 to 18 C atoms are preferred, for example coconut alcohol, palm alcohol, tallow alcohol or olefin alcohol, and on average 5 to 8 OE per mole of alcohol. Preferred ethoxylated alcohols include, for example, C12-14 alcohols with 7 OE, C9.11 alcohol with 7 OE, C13-15 alcohols with 5 OE, 7 OE or 8 OE, C12-18 alcohols with 5 OE, 7 OE or 8 OE and mixtures of these. The degrees of ethoxylation indicated represent statistical mean values that for a special product can be an integer or a fractional number. Preferred alcohol ethoxylates have a narrow homolog distribution (narrow range ethoxylates, NRE). Also suitable is a mixture of an ethoxylated (more strongly) branched fatty alcohol and an unbranched ethoxylated fatty alcohol, such as for example a mixture of a C16-18 alcohol with 7 OE and 2-propylheptanol with 7 OE. In particular, preferably the washing, cleaning or after-treatment agent contains a C12-18 fatty alcohol with 7 OE or a C13-15 oxoalcohol with 7 OE as the second non-ionic surfactant. In the first case it is applied that for the second non-ionic surfactant that R is an unbranched hydrocarbon residue with 12 to 18 carbon atoms, x = 7 and y = 0. For the second non-ionic surfactant, C13-15 oxoalcohol with 7 OE applies that R is a hydrocarbon residue with 13 to 15 carbon atoms, x = 7 and y = 0.
It has been shown that with a proportion of the first non-ionic surfactant with respect to the second non-ionic surfactant in the range of 1: 1 to 1: 4, the greatest increase in cleaning power can be achieved. Especially good cleaning powers are achieved with a ratio of the first non-ionic surfactant with respect to the second non-ionic surfactant of 1: 1 to 1: 2.
In addition to the first and second non-ionic surfactant, other non-ionic surfactants may contain the washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent. These include, for example, fatty alcohols with more than 12 OE. Examples are tallow fatty alcohol with 14 OE, 25 OE, 30 OE or 40 OE. Other suitable non-ionic surfactants comprise alkyl esters of alkoxylated fatty acids, fatty acid amides, alkyl polyglucosides, alkoxylated fatty acid amides, polyhydroxy fatty acid amides, N-methylglucamides, alkylphenol polyglycol ether, aminoxides and mixtures thereof.
In addition to the non-ionic surfactant (s) it may contain the anionic, cationic and / or zwitterionic surfactant, cleaning or pretreatment agent. From the technical point of view of application it contains the washing, cleaning or pretreatment agent preferably non-ionic and anionic surfactants. Sulfonates, sulfates, soaps, alkyl phosphates, anionic silicone surfactants and mixtures thereof are preferably used as an anionic surfactant.
As surfactants of the sulfonate type, preference is given in this regard to preferably alkyl (C9-13) benzenesulfonates, olefin sulphonates, that is mixtures of alkene- and hydroxyalkanesulfonates as well as disulfonates, as obtained for example from C12-18 monoolefins with terminal or internal double bond by sulfonation with gaseous sulfur trioxide and subsequent alkaline or acid hydrolysis of the sulfonation products. Also suitable are alkanes (C12-1s) sulfonates and esters of a-sulfograses acids (stersulfonates), for example the a-sulphonated methyl esters of coconut, palm kernel or tallow fatty acids.

2 cm se aplican en 6 trapos de tela de Polycotton 50 %/50 %.The different soils that contain grease with a diameter of in each case approx. 2 cm are applied in 6 rags of 50% / 50% Polycotton fabric.
Additionally, 80 g of the washing agent to be tested (E1 or V1) was dosed and washed at 20 ° C. After drying and calendering the cloth rags, their remission was determined spectrophotometrically (Minolta CR200-1) (see table 2). The evaluation of the separation of spots was carried out through the value dY (value Y of the stain treated with E1 minus value Y of the stain treated with V1).

The results show that by adding the first non-ionic surfactants, washing agents are obtained with an improved cleaning power in soils containing grease.
In another wash test, the sum of the remission units was determined in 92 different spots (58 spots containing grease, 16 blemishes sensitive spots and 18 enzyme sensitive spots). For this, a domestic washing machine (Miele W 526) with 3.5 kg of concomitant laundry was also recharged as well as the correspondingly soiled cloth rags. Additionally, 80 g of the washing agent to be tested (E1 or V1 to V3) was dosed and washed at 20 ° C. After drying and calendering the cloth rags, their remission was determined spectrophotometrically (Minolta CR200-1) (see above). It was shown that the sum of the units of remission in the washing agent E1 in 70 units than in the washing agent V1. However, it was also shown that with a complete replacement of the second non-ionic surfactant with one of the first non-ionic surfactants, the cleaning power of the washing agents is clearly reduced. Thus, the sum of the referral units is found in the case of the washing agent V2 in 115 units and in the case of the washing agent V3 in 169 units lower than in the case of the washing agent V1.
