Abstract

Dispositivo mezclador estático; compuesto por una carcasa tubular con un elemento mezclador al menos dispuesto en la misma, que se compone de nervaduras que se cruza y presentan un ángulo respecto del eje de tubo, de forma que las nervaduras de los elementos mezcladores, se disponen por lo menos en dos grupos, y las nervaduras en el seno de cada uno de los grupos se orientan en forma sustancialmente paralela, y las nervaduras de un grupo se cruzan con las del otro, caracterizado porque la relación de la anchura máxima de nervadura al diámetro de tubo es de 0,1 - 0,167 y la relación de la distancia vertical de nervadura en cada grupo al diámetro de tubo es de 0,2 -0,4 y la relación de la longitud de un elemento mezclador al diámetro de tubo es de 0,75 -1,5.
