Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricación de urea con cantidades pequeñas de agua biuret, a partir de soluciones acuosas de urea de un contenido de urea de alrededor de 75-85%, extrayéndose la cantidad principal de agua primeramente a presionaes superiores a 200 Torr. y ulteriores cantidades de agua a presiones inferiores a 100 Torr, caracterizado por que la solución de urea se concentra por evaporación en un primer evaporador, observando un tiempo de permanencia de 5 ¿ 25 segundos, a una temperatura de 136 ¿ 142º C, con lo que se obtiene un contenido de urea de 96 ¿ 98%, después de lo cual la presión muy fluida así obtenida se somete a una nueva separación del agua en un segundo evaporador, observándose para ello un tiempo de permanencia de 5 ¿ 30 segundos, a temperaturas de 138 ¿ 145º C, y extrayéndose a continuación del evaporador la fusión de urea formada.
