Abstract

Procedimiento perfeccionado para la fabricación industrial de triclorosilano por reacción de silicio metálico con ácido clorhídrico en presencia de cobre a una temperatura comprendida entre 170º y 350ºC operando en continuo en un reactor que funciona según el procedimiento del lecho fluidificado, caracterizándose porque el silicio que alimenta el aparato, se halla, por lo menos parcialmente, en forma de polvo de silicio no aleado.
