Abstract

Una bebida llenada en frío que comprende: - del 8% al 12% de zumo por volumen de la bebida total, - una mezcla de acesulfamo y aspartamo como un edulcorante no nutritivo en la bebida, y - un sistema conservante seleccionado de entre el grupo de sorbato, benzoato, EDTA y polifosfato, - un edulcorante nutritivo, - un contenido calórico de 25-70 calorías por 236,6 ml, en el que el acesulfamo y el aspartamo están presentes en una cantidad tal que la relación de dulzor equivalente a sacarosa proporcionada por el acesulfamo sea de 0,35-0,70, en el que el acesulfamo está presente en forma de acesulfamo potásico, en el que la relación de la contribución al dulzor equivalente a sacarosa para la mezcla de acesulfamo potásico y aspartamo a todos los edulcorantes totales en la bebida a partir de cualquier fuente, incluyendo cualquier azúcar u otro edulcorante presente en la bebida, es de 0,27 a 0,48 o más, tal como 0,5, 0,55 o 0,60 o más, preferentemente de 0,35 a 0,45.
