Abstract

Disposición de filtración, que presenta una cámara (5) con una entrada (41) para el producto a filtrar, una salida (33) para el filtrado, así como una salida (47) para los residuos que sirve para descargar los residuos retenidos y un soporte (23) dispuesto en la cámara (5) y desarrollado de forma helicoidal, así como con un filtro (27) soportado por éste último, caracterizada porque el soporte (23) y el filtro (27) delimitan conjuntamente una espiral hueca (21) con un paso de forma helicoidal, el cual está unido a la salida (33) para el filtrado, estando completamente separadas por un espacio intermedio en una sección (Fig. 2) que pasa a través del eje (13) alrededor del cual está situada la espiral (21) las partes del filtro (27) que pertenecen a las espiras (21a) consecutivas de la espiral (21).
