Abstract

Método para fabricar recipientes para productos alimenticios, incluyendo cada recipiente un cesto en forma de copa (2), que está delimitado por una pared inferior (3) y por una pared lateral (4), y se hace de un primer material polimérico, y un asa (5) para coger el recipiente; incluyendo el método los pasos de: hacer un agujero (7) en correspondencia con cada extremo libre (6) del asa (5); y acoplar cada extremo libre (6) del asa (5) al cesto (2) de manera rotativa por medio de un elemento de acoplamiento relativo (8) hecho de un segundo material polimérico; y caracterizándose porque incluye además el paso de: soldar cada elemento de acoplamiento (8) al cesto (2) dentro del agujero (7) del extremo libre relativo (6).

La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para fabricar un recipiente para productos alimenticios.
Antecedentes de la invencion
En el campo de la produccion de recipientes para productos alimenticios, es conocido fabricar un recipiente incluyendo un cesto en forma de copa que esta delimitado por una pared inferior y una pared lateral, y esta provisto de un asa de agarre acoplada al cesto de manera rotativa por medio de dos ojetes, que se extienden a traves de los extremos libres del asa, y se fijan al cesto por medio de troquelado.
Dado que el cesto y el asa se hacen de material polimerico y los ojetes se hacen de material metalico, los recipientes para productos alimenticios del tipo conocido descrito anteriormente tienen varios inconvenientes, que derivan principalmente del hecho de que la presencia de un material polimerico y un material metalico implica la recogida separada de los cestos y las asas, por una parte, y, por la otra, de los ojetes y por lo tanto hacer relativamente complejas y caras las operaciones para el desecho de tales recipientes.
El documento US-3893607-A describe un recipiente hecho de plastico para transportar suministros de colada como el tambor de jabon o detergente, el suavizante de ropa, y la lejfa de ropa. El recipiente incluye un cesto en forma de copa, que esta delimitado por una pared inferior y por una pared lateral, un asa para coger el recipiente, y dos elementos de acoplamiento para acoplar los extremos libres del asa al cesto de manera rotativa.
Los elementos de acoplamiento se moldean conjuntamente con el cesto o se fabrican por separado del cesto y a continuacion se montan en el cesto propiamente dicho.
Descripcion de la invencion
Un objeto de la presente invencion es proporcionar un metodo para fabricar un recipiente para productos alimenticios que carece de los inconvenientes anteriores y que es simple y economico de implementar.
Segun la presente invencion se facilita un metodo para fabricar un recipiente para productos alimenticios como el reivindicado en las reivindicaciones siguientes.
Breve descripcion de los dibujos
La presente invencion se describira ahora con referencia a los dibujos acompanantes, que ilustran una realizacion no limitadora, donde:
La figura 1 es una vista en perspectiva de una realizacion preferida del recipiente para productos alimenticios de la presente invencion.
La figura 2 es una vista esquematica en seccion del recipiente de la figura 1.
Y las figuras 3 a 5 muestran esquematicamente tres pasos sucesivos del proceso de produccion del recipiente de las figuras 1 y 2.
Mejor modo de llevar a la practica la invencion
Con referencia a la figura 1, con 1 se indica, en conjunto, un recipiente para productos alimenticios, por ejemplo fruta y productos vegetales, incluyendo un cesto en forma de copa 2 que esta delimitado en la parte inferior por una pared inferior 3, y esta delimitado, tambien, por una pared lateral 4 sustancialmente transversal a la pared 3 propiamente dicha.
El cesto 2 se hace de un material polimerico, y esta provisto de un asa alargada 5, que permite agarrar el recipiente 1, y tambien se hace de un material polimerico identico o diferente del material polimerico del cesto 2.
El asa 5 tiene sustancialmente forma de U, e incluye dos extremos libres 6, que se doblan dentro de la pared 4, cada uno de ellos esta provisto de un agujero respectivo 7 (figuras 2 y 3) formado a traves del asa 5, y estan conectados a la pared 4 propiamente dicha de manera rotativa.
Cada extremo libre 6 esta conectado a la pared 4 por medio de un elemento de acoplamiento 8, que presenta, en este caso, una forma sustancialmente circular, se hace de un material polimerico identico o diferente del material

polimerico del cesto 2 e identico o diferente del material polimerico del asa 5, y se suelda a la pared 4 por medio de soldadura, en este caso soldadura ultrasonica.
Segun lo indicado anteriormente, se debera especificar que los materiales polimericos del cesto 2, del asa 5, y de los elementos de acoplamiento 8 pueden ser polfmeros simples o copolfmeros.
Como se ilustra en las figuras 3 a 5, el recipiente 1 se monta en un troquel 9, que presenta una forma sustancialmente paralelepfpeda correspondiente a la forma de la cavidad interna del cesto 2, y presenta dos cavidades 10 de forma sustancialmente circular, que se forman en correspondencia con dos caras laterales 11 del troquel 9 opuestas una a otra, y estan adaptadas para recibir y retener, cada una, un elemento respectivo 8 (figura 3).
El troquel 9 tambien tiene una cara superior 12 adaptada para recibir y retener el asa 5 en su configuracion inicial plana, y coopera con un dispositivo elevador (no representado) adaptado para mover el cesto 2 en el troquel 9 con el fin de plegar en forma de U el asa 5 en el troquel 9, encima de los elementos 8, y dentro del cesto 2 propiamente dicho (figura 4).
Una vez que el cesto 2 es movido en el troquel 9 y el asa 5 se pliega entre el cesto 2 y los elementos 8, se suelda cada elemento 8 a la pared 4 del cesto 2 por medio de una respectiva soldadora ultrasonica 13 que se puede mover a y desde una posicion de soldadura operativa, en la que la soldadora 13 esta sustancialmente en contacto con el cesto 2.
Dado que las dos soldadoras 13 estan conformadas de manera que suelden cada elemento 8 y la pared 4 dentro del agujero respectivo 7, las dos soldaduras dan lugar sustancialmente a la formacion de dos elementos de pasador, que se extienden a traves de los agujeros correspondientes 7, y permiten que el asa 5 gire libremente con respecto al cesto 2.
Ademas, dado que el recipiente 1 se hace totalmente de material polimerico, las operaciones de desecho de todo el recipiente 1 son relativamente simples y baratas y no implican ninguna recogida separada de los diferentes elementos que constituyen el recipiente 1 propiamente dicho.

    REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Metodo para fabricar recipientes para productos alimenticios, incluyendo cada recipiente un cesto en forma de copa (2), que esta delimitado por una pared inferior (3) y por una pared lateral (4), y se hace de un primer material polimerico, y un asa (5) para coger el recipiente; incluyendo el metodo los pasos de:
    hacer un agujero (7) en correspondencia con cada extremo libre (6) del asa (5); y
    acoplar cada extremo libre (6) del asa (5) al cesto (2) de manera rotativa por medio de un elemento de acoplamiento relativo (8) hecho de un segundo material polimerico;
    y caracterizandose porque incluye ademas el paso de:
    soldar cada elemento de acoplamiento (8) al cesto (2) dentro del agujero (7) del extremo libre relativo (6).
  2. 2. Un metodo segun la reivindicacion 1, donde los elementos de acoplamiento (8) se sueldan a la pared lateral (4) del cesto (2).
  3. 3. Un metodo segun la reivindicacion 1 o 2, donde los elementos de acoplamiento (8) se conectan al cesto (2) por medio de soldadura ultrasonica.
  4. 4. Un metodo segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, donde los elementos de acoplamiento (8) se sueldan al cesto (2) con los extremos libres (6) del asa (5) dispuestos entre el cesto (2) y los elementos de acoplamiento (8) propiamente dichos.
  5. 5. Un metodo segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes e incluyendo, ademas, los pasos de: disponer los elementos de acoplamiento (8) en un troquel (9); y
    mover el cesto (2) en el troquel (9) interponiendo el asa (5), con el fin de curvar el asa (5) alrededor del troquel (9), sobre los elementos de acoplamiento (8), y dentro del cesto (2) comenzando a partir de una configuracion inicial plana.
