背景技术
专利号为ZL200820179793.8的脱茧机，对于使用机械来快速脱除使用硬质方格簇营茧工作，进行了有益的尝试，为机械替代人工摘茧开创了一条新的途径，基本达到了快速脱茧和提高工效的效果。但是，在实际使用中，当脱茧件向下运动至极限位置时，硬质方格簇中的蚕茧绝大部分能够脱离方格簇落下，但仍有小部分的蚕茧未能脱离方格簇落下而由茧丝吊在方格簇下面，由于该脱茧机中的脱茧件下端的脱茧口设计为上小下大，当脱茧件向上运动时，脱茧口往往会将未能脱离方格簇落下而吊在方格簇下面的蚕茧向上拉动，这样就产生了两种不良后果：一是脱茧口将吊在方格簇下面的蚕茧带到了方格簇上面，达不到脱茧目的；二是脱茧口将吊在方格簇下面的蚕茧向上拉动的过程中容易与方格簇相遇，往往会造成蚕茧的损坏。

本实用新型目的是提供脱茧机的脱茧件，解决已知脱茧机的脱茧件存在的缺陷。
脱茧机的脱茧件，在一条片状体上设置有两个以上的通孔，下侧面设置有九个与片状体相连、距离相等、高度不等、弧状同向的脱茧件，脱茧件下端设置有尖齿状的脱茧口，脱茧口的外周不大于脱茧件的外周。
脱茧件可以是异形体或空心体或实心体。异形体或实心体脱茧件，下端设置有凹槽，凹槽两条凸边设置有尖齿状；空心体脱茧件，下端周边设置有尖齿状。
在材料的选择上，脱茧件最好使用塑料一次成型。
本实用新型工作效率高，蚕茧完好不损坏。

异形体脱茧件3下端设置有凹槽5，凹槽5两条凸边设置有尖齿状。

图4、5、6、7中，在一条片状体上1设置有两个以上的通孔2，下侧面设置有九个与片状体1相连、距离相等、高度不等、弧状同向的空心体的脱茧件3，脱茧件3下端设置有尖齿状的脱茧口4，脱茧口4的外周不大于脱茧件3的外周。
空心体脱茧件3下端周边设置有尖齿状。

实心体脱茧件3，与实施方式1相同。

1.脱茧机的脱茧件，在一条片状体上设置有两个以上的通孔，下侧面设置有九个与片状体相连、距离相等、高度不等、弧状同向的脱茧件，脱茧件下端设置有尖齿状的脱茧口，其特征是，脱茧口的外周不大于脱茧件的外周。

3.根据权利要求2所述的脱茧机的脱茧件，其特征是，异形体或实心体脱茧件，下端设置有凹槽，凹槽两条凸边设置有尖齿状。
