Abstract
Una disposición para proporcionar estaciones móviles (5) en un vehículo móvil (10) con cobertura de radio, vehículo móvil (10) que es móvil dentro y/o fuera de un sistema de comunicación celular que comprende una red de radio que comprende un número de estaciones base fijas y un número de disposiciones de conmutación, comprendiendo la disposición una estación base móvil (3) dispuesta dentro del vehículo móvil (10) que está adaptada para servir a al menos una célula móvil (2m), incluyendo la estación base móvil (3) primeros medios de comunicación que comprenden medios de antena internos (4) dispuestos dentro del vehículo móvil (10) para comunicación de radio con las estaciones móviles (5) en el vehículo móvil (10) y segundos medios de comunicación para proporcionar comunicación entre el vehículo móvil (10) y una red principal o una parte fija de la red, caracterizada por que cuando la estación base móvil (3) que sirve a la célula o células móviles (2m) está dentro de cobertura de una célula fija (11;12) controlada por una estación base fija y estática, o está concebida para hacerse estática en la misma, al menos durante un periodo de tiempo dado, se establece una relación de cercanía entre la célula o células móviles (2m) servidas por la estación base móvil (3) y dicha célula fija (11;12) de acuerdo con la que se permiten traspasos de estaciones móviles (5) entre dicha célula o células móviles (2m) y la célula fija (11;12), y la estación base móvil (3) proporciona un mensaje de información de difusión que indica a dicha célula fija (11;12) como la única vecina, y por que, cuando la estación base móvil (3) no está concebida para hacerse estática dentro de una célula fija (11;12) o la estación base móvil (3) no está dentro de cobertura de ninguna célula fija (11;12) puede establecer una relación de cercanía entre la célula o células móviles (2m) y la célula fija (11;12), no se permiten los traspasos de estaciones móviles (5) entre la célula o células móviles (2m) y la célula fija (11;12).
