Abstract

Proceso para producir espumas poliméricas nanoporosas que comprende las etapas de a) carga de un polímero fundido formado a partir de al menos un polímero termoplástico y al menos un aditivo soluble en el polímero con un propelente a una presión y a una temperatura en las que el propelente se encuentra en estado supercrítico. b) control de temperatura del polímero fundido a una temperatura en el intervalo de 40°C por debajo ha sta 40°C por encima de la temperatura de transición vítrea del polímero fundido no cargado que puede determinarse mediante DSC de acuerdo con DIN-ISO 11357-2 a una velocidad de calentamiento de 20 K/min, c) despresurización del polímero fundido cargado en la etapa a) y con temperatura controlada en la etapa b) con una velocidad de despresurización en el intervalo de 15.000 hasta 2.000.000 MPa/sec, caracterizado porque los aditivos se utilizan en total en cantidades que se encuentran en el intervalo de 0,1 a 10 % en peso, respecto de los polímeros termoplásticos.
