Abstract

Un método para analizar una vacuna conformado de los siguientes pasos: (a) detectar la hemaglutinina del virus de la influenza en la vacuna, o una de sus muestras, con los siguientes pasos: (i) contactar a la muestra con una lectina que es inmovilizada en un soporte sólido, para suministrar a la hemaglutinina capturada; y (ii) detectar a la hemaglutinina capturada por medio de un inmunoensayo; y (b) utilizar los resultados del paso (a) para calcular la concentración de hemaglutinina en la vacuna.
