Abstract
Una composición detergente que comprende entre el 2 y el 70 % en peso de un tensioactivo junto con entre 0,0001 y 50 % en peso de un polímero colorante de un peso molecular de al menos 500, en la que el polímero colorante se obtiene por polimerización de: (a) un monómero colorante, el monómero colorante es un alqueno unido covalentemente a un colorante catiónico cargado, teniendo el monómero colorante un coeficiente de extinción molar a una longitud de onda en el intervalo de 400 y 700 nm de al menos 1000 mol-1 l cm-1, preferentemente superior a 4000 mol-1 l cm-1 y (b) uno o más comonómero(s) de alqueno adicionales, teniendo el/los monómero(s) de alqueno un coeficiente de extinción molar a una longitud de onda en el intervalo de 400 y 700 nm que es inferior a 100 mol-1 l cm-1, preferentemente inferior a 10 mol-1 l cm-1, en el que el monómero colorante está cargado catiónicamente en solución acuosa a un pH en el intervalo de entre 7 y 11, en el que el polímero colorante tiene una solubilidad de más de 1 mg/l en una solución acuosa de dodecil sulfato de sodio a pH >= 7.

Para la adición a una formulación granulada el colorante polimérico se puede agregar a la suspensión acuosa que se secará mediante pulverización o que preferentemente se agregará a través de gránulos posdosificados.
En una realización preferida el polvo de colorante polimérico obtenido de la síntesis de colorante polimérico se mezcla con Na2SO4 o NaCl o base granulada pre-preparada o formulación detergente total para obtener una mezcla con 0,1 a 20 % en peso de colorante polimérico. Esta mezcla seca luego se mezcla en la formulación granulada. El polvo de colorante polimérico se forma preferentemente mediante secado de una suspensión liquida o solución del colorante, por ejemplo mediante secado al vacío, liofilización, secado en secadora de tambor, Spin Flash® (Anhidro), pero con la mayor preferencia mediante secado por pulverización. El polvo de colorante polimérico puede triturarse antes, durante o después de preparar la suspensión. Esta trituración se logra preferentemente en molinos, tales como por ejemplo molinos de bolas, oscilantes, de perlas o de arena, o en amasadoras.
Se pueden agregar otros ingredientes tales como dispersantes o sales de metales alcalinos a la suspensión liquida. El polvo de colorante polimérico contiene preferentemente entre el 20 y el 100 % en peso de colorante.
Preferentemente, el polvo de colorante polimérico tiene un tamaño de partícula promedio, APS, entre 0,1 y 300 micrómetros, preferentemente entre 10 y 100 micrómetros. Preferentemente esto se mide con un analizador de tamaño de partículas por difracción láser, preferentemente un Malvern HP con una lente de 100 mm.
Tensioactivo
La composición comprende entre el 2 y el 70 % en peso de un tensioactivo, con la mayor preferencia entre el 10 y el 30 % en peso. En general, los tensioactivos no iónicos y aniónicos del sistema tensioactivo se pueden seleccionar entre los tensioactivos que se describen en “Surface Active Agents” vol. I, por Schwartz & Perry, Interscience 1949, vol. 2 por Schwartz, Perry y Berch, Interscience 1958, en la edición corriente de “McCutcheon's Emulsifiers and Detergents” publicada por Manufacturing Confectioners Company, o en “Tenside-Taschenbuch”, H. Stache, 2ª ed., Cari Hauser Verlag, 1981. Preferentemente los tensioactivos utilizados son saturados.
Los compuestos detergentes no iónicos adecuados que se pueden utilizar incluyen, en particular, los productos de reacción de compuestos que tienen un grupo hidrófobo y un átomo de hidrógeno reactivo, por ejemplo, alcoholes alifáticos, ácidos, amidas o alquil fenoles con óxidos de alquileno, en especial óxido de etileno ya sea solo o con óxido de propileno. Los compuestos detergentes no iónicos específicos son condensados de alquil fenol C6-C22-óxido de etileno, en general con 5 a 25 OE, es decir entre 5 y 25 unidades de óxido de etileno por molécula y los productos de condensación de alcoholes lineales o ramificados primarios o secundarios C8-C18 alifáticos con óxido de etileno, en general con 5 a 40 OE.
Los compuestos detergentes aniónicos adecuados que se pueden utilizar son habitualmente las sales de metales alcalinos hidrosolubles de sulfatos y sulfonatos orgánicos que tienen radicales alquilo que contienen entre aproximadamente 8 y aproximadamente 22 átomos de carbono; el término alquilo utilizándose para incluir la parte alquilo de radicales acilo superiores. Los ejemplos de compuestos detergentes aniónicos sintéticos adecuados son los alquilsulfatos de sodio y potasio, en especial los que se obtienen sulfatando alcoholes C8-C18 superiores, producidos por ejemplo a partir de sebo o aceite de coco, sulfonatos de alquilbenceno C9-C2o de sodio y potasio, en particular sulfonatos de alquilbenceno C10-C15 secundarios lineales sódicos y alquil gliceril éter sulfatos de sodio, en especial los éteres de los alcoholes superiores derivados del sebo o aceite de coco y alcoholes sintéticos derivados del petróleo. Los compuestos detergentes aniónicos preferidos son los sulfonatos de alquilbenceno C11-C15 sódicos y alquil sulfatos C12-C18 sódicos. También son aplicables tensioactivos tales como los que se describen en el documento EP-A-328 177 (Unilever), que exhiben resistencia a la precipitación por sales, los tensioactivos de alquilpoliglucósido descritos en el documento EP-A-070 074 y los alquilmonoglucósidos.
Los sistemas tensioactivos preferidos son mezclas de materiales activos detergentes aniónicos con no iónicos en particular los grupos y ejemplos de tensioactivos aniónicos y no iónicos indicados en el documento EP-A-34 6 995 (Unilever). En especial se prefiere un sistema tensioactivo que es una mezcla de una sal de metal alcalino de un sulfato de alcohol primario C16 a C18 junto con un etoxilato de 3 a 7 OE de alcohol primario C12 a C15.
El detergente no iónico está presente preferentemente en cantidades superiores al 10 %, por ejemplo entre el 25 y el 90 % en peso del sistema tensioactivo. Los tensioactivos aniónicos pueden estar presentes por ejemplo en cantidades en el intervalo entre aproximadamente el 5 % en peso y aproximadamente el 40 % en peso del sistema tensioactivo.
En otro aspecto que también se prefiere el tensioactivo puede ser catiónico de modo tal que la formulación es un acondicionador de tejidos.
Compuesto catiónico
Cuando la presente invención se utiliza como un acondicionador de tejidos necesita contener un compuesto catiónico.
Los más preferidos son los compuestos de amonio cuaternario.

Tanto para las formulaciones en polvo como líquidas, los niveles de enzimas se dan como enzima pura en porcentaje. NI (7OE) se refiere a R-(OCH2CH2) nOH, en la que R es una cadena alquilo de C12 a C15 y n es 7. NaLAS es sulfonato de alquilbenceno lineal (LAS) y (SLES(3OE)} es sulfato de polietoxilato de alquilo C12-C18 (3,0).
