Abstract

Mejoras en la construcción de buques tanque con tanques construidos dentro del casco y que se extienden por encima de la cubierta principal del buque y que ocupan sustancialmente la anchura del buque, caracterizadas porque el caso, en aquella de sus partes en que están construidos los tanques, está hecho con una sección cruzada transversal de configuración rectangular o aproximadamente rectangular, de la que está recortada una porción en cada pantoque, preferentemente a lo largo de una línea recta o aproximadamente recta, y de tal área que la porción restante del área de sección transversal, cuando se mida por debajo de la línea de calado profundo del buque, importe alrededor de 75 a 95 por ciento de la misma antes de efectuar el recorte.
