Abstract

Procedimiento de preparación de raltegravir potásico en forma amorfa, que comprende: a. agitar raltegravir potásico en agua; b. eliminar el agua de la disolución obtenida en la etapa (a) para obtener un sólido; c. suspender el sólido obtenido en la etapa (b) en un disolvente orgánico; y d. aislar raltegravir potásico en forma amorfa, donde el disolvente orgánico utilizado en la etapa (c) es un disolvente o una mezcla de disolventes y se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en heptano, hexano, dietil éter, ciclohexano, n-hexanol, n-octanol, 3-etil-3-pentanol, polietilenglicol, acetato de isopropilo, acetato de n-butilo, triacetato de glicerol, acetona, metil isobutilcetona, 2,4- dimetilpentanona, alfa-tetralona, metil t-butil éter, 2,2,4,4-tetrametiltetrahidrfurano, tolueno, tetralina, nitrobenceno, pxileno, sulfolano y decalina.
