Abstract

Elementos compuestos que contienen (a) plástico termoplástico, al que le sigue adherido (b) el producto de la reacción de una mezcla de reacción que se compone de (i) uno o varios isocianatos, (ii) uno o varios poliesterpolioles con una funcionalidad de 2,5 a 3,5 y un índice de hidroxilo de 40 a 400 mg de KOH/g basado en la condensación de ácido succínico con dioles con un peso molecular de 62 a 200 g/mol y trioles con un peso molecular de 62 a 200 g/mol, (iii) uno o varios polieterpolioles, dado el caso (iv) extensores de cadena y/o reticulantes, dado el caso en presencia de (v) catalizadores, (vi) agentes expansivos y/o (vii) sustancias auxiliares y/o aditivos.

de la espuma de 120 g/l. Después de aproximadamente 10 minutos se desmoldó y se almacenó el elemento compuesto durante 24 horas a temperatura ambiente. A continuación se cortaron tiras de 20 mm de anchura. Estas tiras se sometieron a ensayo con respecto a sus propiedades de adherencia (adherencia entre lámina de PVC y poliuretano).

Resistencia al pelado por rodillo (adherencia entre lámina de PVC y PUR) conforme a la norma DIN 53 357-A (medido en muestras con 2 cm de anchura)

La fuerza de separación se determina en Newton. Para el fin de una mejor comparabilidad de muestras de diferente anchura se normaliza a una anchura de tira de 1 mm, dividiéndose la fuerza hallada entre la anchura de las tiras en mm.
10 La formulación usada en el Ejemplo B-2 se diferencia de la formulación usada en el ejemplo comparativo B-1 sólo en el tipo del poliesterpoliol usado y en la cantidad usada del poliesterpoliol.
La tabla muestra que con únicamente 3 partes en peso del poliesterpoliol usado de acuerdo con la invención se consiguen valores claramente mejores para la adherencia, que con 5 partes en peso del poliesterpoliol convencional, usado.
