Abstract

Una maquina para procesar masa, particularmente del tipo para homear pan, que comprende un marco (11) que soporta - una tolva (12) para cargar masa (13) a ser procesada, - medios (14) para cortar piezas (15) de dicha masa a ser procesada (13) descargada de dicha tolva (12), - una cinta transportadora (16) que esta dispuesta debajo de dicha tolva (12) para recibir dichas piezas de masa (15), - un dispositivo de rodillos (17) que tiene una región de carga (18) que esta de cara al extremo de descarga (19) de dicha cinta transportadora (16) y esta desplazada respecto de dicha tolva (12) de forma de que no se solape por ella, - al menos un dispositivo de avance (20, 21) encarado por la region de descarga (22) de dicho dispositivo de rodillos (17), en la que dicho dispositivo de rodillos (17) comprende dos conjuntos de rodillos encarados (23, 24) que forman entre ellos un pasadizo descendente (A) para dichas piezas de masa (15), dicho pasadizo (A) siendo curvado, durante su uso, respecto de una disposicion horizontal y estando inclinado, respecto de dicha disposicion, con una inclinacion media (B) que esta sustancialmente comprendida entre 300 y 60°, dichos conjuntos de rodillos (23, 24) estando pivotados entre si de forma que puedan oscilar mutuamente y medios (25) estando previstos para la oscilacion mutua de dichos conjuntos de rodillos (23, 24) con una oscilacion altemante (C) para el espaciamiento y aproximación, y en la que la maquina comprende adernas: un dispositivo formador de porciones (31) para dividir en porciones la lamina de masa (32) formada por dicho dispositivo de rodillos (17), dicho dispositivo formador de porciones (31) comprendiendo: - al menos una maquina transportadora-pesadora (35a, 35b) y al menos una maquina transportadora-pesadora de control (35c y 35d), que estan soportadas por dicho marco (11) en sucesion respecto de dicho al menos un dispositivo de avance (20, 21) para recibir de él dicha lamina de masa (32) a ser pesada.

La máquina según una o más de las anteriores reivindicaciones, en la que la máquina comprende bordes de contención que están adaptados para sobresalir reversiblemente entre dichas cintas transportadoras ramificadas (120b, 120c) en dicha configuración activa, interponiéndose entre dichas tiras de masa para impedir que se vuelvan a unir.
