Abstract

A device for rolling a continuous strip of dough comprises successive roller groups spaced apart e.g. 0,03-0,05 mm., the speed of each roller group being continuously separately adjustable with respect to each other and the speed of the roller groups, as a whole, being continuously adjustable. Speed adjustment of separate roller groups controls the density of the dough and speed adjustment of all the roller groups controls the output of the device.
