Abstract
1. Neumático con armadura de carcasa formada por al menos una faja de cables radiales anclada en cada talón o por lo menos una varilla, y con armadura de corona formada, además de la porción de la armadura de carcasa radial afectada, por cuatro fajas de trabajo cruzadas de una faja a la siguiente y que forman un ángulo comprendido entre 10 y 45 grados con la dirección longitudinal del neumático y que tienen cada una el mismo grosor y la misma rigidez a la extensión por unidad de anchura, estando dispuestas dichas fajas de trabajo radialmente en el exterior de la armadura de carcasa, caracterizado porque las fajas de trabajo forman un bloqueo de dos pares superpuestas de fajas de cables paralelos en cada faja, cruzados de una faja a la siguiente con relación a la dirección longitudinal, formando las fajas del primer par radialmente más próximo a la armadura de carcasa ángulos {be}1 y {be}2 de media aritmética igual a {be}(radian) y las fajas del segundo par ángulos {al}1 y {al}2 de media aritmética igual a{al} (radian), siendo la diferencia {be}-{al} (radian) por lo menos igual al valor de la expresión h sen ({be}+ {al}) / 2z, siendo {be} superior, en valor absoluto, a {al}, siendo z la distancia de la fibra media de la armado z la distancia de la fibra media de la armadura de carcasa radial a la intercasa entre los dos pares de fajas de trabajo y siendo h el grosor de cada faja de trabajo, siendo z y h medias a lo largo de la intersección del plano ecuatorial con el neumático y difiriendo los ángulos {al}1, {al}2 y {be}1 y {be}2 en a lo sumo 0,026 radian, respectivamente, de los ángulos {al} y {be}, siendo medidos los ángulos {al}1, {al}2, {be}1, {be}2 con relación a dicha intersección. 2. Neumático, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque una capa de goma, de preferencia de grosor constante, está interpuesta entre la armadura de carcasa y el bloque de las fajas de trabajo. 3. Neumático, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la diferencia {be}-{al} es a lo sumo igual a 0,35 radian. 4. Neumático, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque las fajas de trabajo están reforzadas por medio de hilos unitarios de metal, de preferencia de acero. 5. Neumático, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque el radio de curvatura meridiano del bloque el radio de curvatura meridiano del bloque de las fajas de trabajo es superiro a su radio de curvatura ecuatorial. 6. Neumático.
