Abstract
Una cubierta no neumática para ser montada en una llanta formada con pestañas de montaje anulares separadas axialmente y que comprende: una pared de rodadura elástica circunferencial que tiene una superficie de rodadura vuelta radialmente hacia fuera; un par de paredes laterales elásticas, flexibles, separadas axialmente, que sobresalen radialmente hacia dentro desde dicha pared de rodadura para acoplamiento en sus extremos radialmente internos con las pestañas de montaje de la llanta, cooperando dichas paredes de rodadura y laterales para formar una cavidad circunferencial; un par de pestañas de retención separadas axialmente; que sobresalen radialmente hacia dentro desde dichas paredes laterales respectivas para recepción entre los lados axialmente internos de las pestañas de montaje de llanta; que comprende una pluralidad de almas interruptoras elásticas que sobresalen radialmente, separadas por igual alrededor de la circunferencia de la citada cavidad, extendiéndose axialmente entre dichas paredes laterales y unidas entre ellas en sus respectivos extremos opuestos, con lo que dicha cubierta puede ser montada en dicha llanta con dichas pestañas de retención retenidas entre dichas pestañas de montaje y cuando se aplica peso a la llanta mientras dicha cubierta rueda sobre una superficie de soporte dichas almas interruptoras pasarán secuencialmente entre dicha llanta y dicha superficie de soporte y cooperarán con dichas paredes laterales para soportar y amortiguar dicho peso.
