Abstract

Dispositivo para el tratamiento con calor de un producto vegetal vertible, en particular para tostar granos de café, con un recipiente tostador (1) formado por una cubeta de rotor (2) y un dispositivo de tapa (3), un equipo propulsor (M) para hacer girar la cubeta de rotor (2) con respecto al dispositivo de tapa (3) alrededor de un eje (A), y un generador de aire caliente (5) conectado a través de un canal de alimentación (5a) con el recipiente tostador (1), caracterizado por que el generador de aire caliente (5) así como el canal de alimentación (5a) son componentes del dispositivo de tapa (3) y el generador de aire caliente (5) está dispuesto por encima de la cubeta de rotor (2).
