Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir una bebida gelatinosa que ayuda a tragar facilitando la deglución de una medicina, que comprende una etapa de mezclado para mezclar un agente gelificante en polvo con un agente edulcorante (I) en polvo para obtener un polvo mixto, y una etapa de disolución (I) para disolver el polvo mixto resultante en agua en el intervalo de 60 a 70ºC, en el que el agente gelificante en polvo es agar o una mezcla de agar y al menos uno seleccionado de carragenano, goma gellan, pectina, goma de algarrobo, goma de tara, goma guar, goma xantano, manano, goma de tamarindo, almidón y almidón modificado; en la etapa de mezclado, el agente edulcorante (I) se usa en una cantidad de no menos que 50 partes en peso basada en 100 partes en peso del agente gelificante; y en la etapa de disolución (I), la agitación se lleva a cabo manteniendo la temperatura del sistema a de 60 a 70ºC después de la adición del polvo mixto.
