Abstract

Compuestos derivados de sulforafano, método de obtención y su uso médico, alimenticio y cosmético#La presente invención proporciona una nueva serie de compuestos con fórmula general (I):#****IMAGEN****#y sus formas enantiómeras o isómeros ópticos, pertenecientes a la familia de derivados del sulforafano, así como su método de obtención. Por otra parte, se describe también los múltiples usos médico (farmacéutico, homeopático y fitoterapéutico), alimenticio, cosmético y dietético de dicha serie de compuestos, especialmente su uso en la prevención y/o tratamiento de enfermedades y cualquier tipo de afección o daño que cursen con un proceso oxidativo, o que aún no estando implicadas en este proceso transcurran a través del factor de transcripción Nrf2, como puede ser el cáncer.
