Abstract

Tobera de quemador para aparatos metalizadores con llama, para recubrimiento de superficies, en especial con polvos cerámicos, compuesta por un inserto de tobera dispuesto en la salida del cabezal de un quemador para metalización por llama, con canal central de salida de polvo y canales conductores de gas de combustión, dispuestos concéntricos alrededor de aquel, caracterizada por el hecho de que la superficie de la zona de salida de la tobera, este configurada de forma convexa, o respectivamente en forma aproximadamente troncocónica, y por el hecho de que el cuerpo de la tobera, por lo menos en la zona de la desembocadura está ejecutada en material no reticulado o adherente, porque los canales para el polvo cerámico y los gases estan dispuestos de tal forma, y presentan tal configuración que, las corrientes del gas y del polvo cerámico se cortan antes de la superficie del lado de salida.
