También lleva el citado disco base que soporta al instrumento, en su parte frontal, un pequeño disco adosado como un satélite del mismo, donde lleva la electrónica para la recogida de datos, y una serie de elementos de control como son: teclado de entrada de datos, pantalla de cristal líquido,... galvanómetro para indicar la carga eléctrica recibida del usuario al meter la mano en la “cubeta de Faraday”, y una burbuja de aire en una cápsula de agua para nivelar al instrumento, además en su perímetro lleva “doce ojos de buey” donde se ubican los signos del zodiaco, con el ﬁn de indicar al usuario cual de ellos esta vigente, pues estará iluminado. También lleva este pequeño disco frontal, el interruptor general, y el reset general del microprocesador, por si algún usuario no está de acuerdo con los datos que salen en pantalla, borrarlos y volver a intentarlo de nuevo. 2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

Claim 1 The document closest to the object of the invention is D01, said document presenting a game of chance formed by two balls that rotate around two bowls (6,7), being recorded on said bowls, data referring to an event independent (claim 1, figure 2). The object of the present application, presents a gambling instrument, formed by a ball that runs through a gutter to a pit in which it turns; in this pit are 80 concavities, where different events can be recorded. The solution to this problem is solved using a system, which can acquire or increase static electricity from the hand of a user with an electrophore, and then shed and collect the electric charges acquired in a bucket for collecting electric charges, which transfers to a voltage multiplier, which will charge an electric capacitor, to activate the solenoid with a piston (38) and push the Luck Ball, into a play channel, with a kinetic energy, which is proportional to the static electricity charge that the user has transmitted to the reclining tray of electric beds. Therefore, said claim is new (Article 6 LP) and presents inventive activity (Article 8 LP). Claims 2-13 Based on the dependency with claim 1, the remaining claims are new (Article 6 LP) and have inventive activity (Article 8 LP).
