Abstract

Bolsita envasada de infusión, para una sustancia capaz de disolverse en un líquido, dando lugar a una infusión, que comporta una bolsita interna, hecha de un material permeable al líquido y que contiene la citada sustancia, un hilo fijado a la parte superior de la bolsita, y un envoltorio que rodea o envuelve por todos los lados a la bolsita y que está hecho de un material impermeable al líquido y al aire, donde este envoltorio presenta una zona de borde, constituida por dos capas de material pegadas o soldadas en caliente entre sí, de suerte que dejan pasar a su través la extremidad libre del hilo, y de manera que esta zona de borde delimita una cavidad del envoltorio que aloja a la bolsita en su interior y forma un colgante unido a la parte superior la bolsita por el intermedio del hilo, el cual colgante está destinado a la manipulación de la bolsita y puede separarse del resto del envoltorio según una línea de separación que deja intacto al hilo, caracterizada porque, con un envoltorio (14;114;214) discurre dentro de la zona de borde (rayada) y, en una de sus partes, muy próximamente a la cavidad (18;118;218); de manera que, en esta zona de borde, se forma una pieza estrecha de unión (46;146;246) intercalada entre el colgante (10;110;210) y la cavidad, y la cual pieza estrecha de unión puede cortarse a mano, según una dirección que es oblicua respecto a la orientación de la línea de separación.
