Abstract
Procedimiento para recubrir una superficie interna de un tubo, que comprende: proporcionar un material de revestimiento (24) en el tubo (18); situar un dispositivo raspador (10) en el tubo (18), dimensionado y orientado para dispersar el material de revestimiento (24) a lo largo de la superficie interna del tubo (18), comprendiendo el dispositivo raspador (10) un dispositivo rascador único, que incluye: una parte del cuerpo principal (12) que presenta un primer extremo y un segundo extremo; un aplicador de revestimiento (16) dispuesto en dicho primer extremo, presentando el aplicador de revestimiento (16) una pluralidad de nervaduras espaciadas en sentido longitudinal (40) sobre el mismo; y una brida extrema (14) dispuesta en dicho segundo extremo; e impulsando el dispositivo raspador (10) a través del tubo (18) para aplicar el material de revestimiento (24) para formar un revestimiento (26) en la superficie interna del tubo (18), en el que: las nervaduras (40) del aplicador de revestimiento (16) proporcionan una funcionalidad de centrado y estabilización del dispositivo raspador (10) a medida que se desplaza a través del tubo (18); permitiendo los espacios entre las nervaduras (40) del aplicador de revestimiento (16) el paso de una cantidad del material de revestimiento (24) por el aplicador de revestimiento (16) y su recogida a lo largo de la parte del cuerpo principal (12) entre esta última y la superficie interior (20) del tubo (18) y la brida extrema (14) realiza un frotamiento del material del revestimiento (24) para formar el revestimiento (26).
