Abstract

Una máquina para la preparación de granizados de helado, del tipo que comprende un depósito de congelación, un evaporador de una instalación de congelación en relación de intercambio calorífico con el forro externo de dicho depósito de congelación, un mezclador rotatorio montado en dicho cilíndro de congelación, medios para el funcionamiento de dicho mezclador, una válvula de suministro en un extremo de dicho depósito, un depósito para suministro de mezcla líquida montado por encima de dicho depósito de congelación, un conducto de alimentación por gravedad dotado de una abertura de entrada que se abre en la parte baja de dicho depósito de alimentación y una abertura de salida que se abre hacia el interior de dicho depósito de congelación, caracterizado por el acoplamiento de una válvula antiretorno en dicho conducto de alimentación en una posición muy próxima a dicha abertura de salida, estando normalmente cerrada dicha válvula antiretorno y siendo abierta por el flujo de líquido procedentedel tanque de alimentación y destinado al depósito de congelación.
