Abstract

Un dispositivo de enclavamiento liberable de recipiente y tapa de plástico, que comprende: un recipiente generalmente cilíndrico que tiene una parte inferior cerrada y una parte superior abierta, teniendo dicho recipiente un nervio de fijación que se extiende radialmente hacia fuera, en la parte superior de dicho recipiente, y el menos de dicho recipiente un labio resistente a la cizalladura que está dirigido radialmente hacia dentro, separado a lo largo del interior de la superficie cilíndrica, por debajo de la parte superior abierta de dicho recipiente y por debajo de dicho nervio de fijación que se extiende radialmente hacia fuera; una tapa para sujeción a dicho recipiente, siendo dicha tapa esencialmente un disco plano que tiene un canal periférico cerca del borde de dicho disco; siendo dicho canal normal al plano de dicho disco, estando provista la parte externa de dicho canal de una parte de fijación dirigida hacia fuera, estando ambas esencialmente en el plano de dicho disco, siendodicha parte de fijación complementaria del nervio de fijación de dicho recipiente y no siendo esencialmente todo el perímetro de dicha pestaña de apalancar de diámetro mayor que el nervio de refuerzo de dicho recipiente, de manera que la pestaña de apalancar o alza primero está protegida contra desalojamiento accidental, teniendo la parte superior de dicho canal una parte de asiento en ángulo directamente sobre la parte interna dé dicho canal para facilitar la alineación de centrado de recipientes apilados y para distribuir una carga de apoyo, teniendo la parte interior de dicho canal un retén o fiador anular en la pared cilindros lisa de dicha parte interna, siendo dicho retén complementario de dicho labio resistente a la cizalladura de dicho recipiente, cooperando la superficie cilíndrico de dicho recipiente situada por encima de dicho labio de a la cizalladura con la pared cilíndrica lisa de dicha parte interna de dicha parte de asiento en ángulo, para convertir las fuerzas de apilamiento y de impacto de la tapa con fuerza de cizalladura en dicho labio resistente a la cizalladura, proporcionando dicha parte de fijación y dicho retén un enclavamiento doble de dicha tapa con respecto a dicho recipiente y proporcionando tracción uniforme hacia abajo sobre los lados interno y externo de dicho recipiente para cerrar herméticamente dicha tapa con respecto a dicho recipiente.
