Abstract

Apparatus for supplying powder in a gas stream including a closed container for storing the powder having an upper part connected to a supply of said gas under regulated pressure and a conical lower part comprising an outlet opening communicating with a conduit discharge, said outlet being surrounded by a box provided on the sides with inlet ports for the powder and in the upper part with a gas inlet pipe coaxially disposed with respect to the outlet opening, characterized in that the gas inlet pipe it is connected to a source of said gas at a pressure greater than the pressure of said gas supplied to the container and ends in a nozzle that extends into the interior space of the box.
