Object of the invention

The present specification refers to a Invention Patent application, corresponding to a window monobloc, whose purpose is to be configured as a window applicable in any gap deemed appropriate, in accordance with the dimensions of the window itself, which may vary measures according to the type of mold used in terms of its dimensions are referred to, being configured as a window that established and manufactured according to the relevant foundry of the material that composes it in a mold, which when unlocked gives as a result the body of a window that can be circular, rectangular or square, obtained in one piece, in which set the relevant closing opening elements, likewise obtained in monobloc form, not using any profiles for the configuration of the frame or window frame, as well as for the closing elements.

This invention has its application within the industry dedicated to the manufacture of windows and the like.

Background of the invention

The applicant has knowledge of the existence today of a large number of windows, made of wood, aluminum profiles, plastic, iron, which are manufactured from the joint by welding or by fixing and even tongue and groove, in the case of windows wood, resulting in the installation of the formation of the window frame or frame, to which the closure elements that constitute the sliding blades or swinging

However, the applicant does not is aware of the existence of a window today that is configured in a monoblock way, that is to say that its frame as the closing sheets are made in one body, forming on the one hand the frame and on the other the closing elements, and  all of them obtained inside a mold, being able to be made of aluminum, plastic or any other material that consider appropriate, and allow its molding.

Description of the invention

The monobloc window that the invention proposes, configures itself as a solution to the problem existing today, facilitating in a taxable way, both the assembled from the window itself as the elements that the set up.

More specifically, the monobloc window object of the invention, is constituted from a frame, frame or fence, which is obtained according to the measures requested inside a mold, in which and after unmolding, results in obtaining the framework in question, to which the closing elements are fixed, configured as latches or retention ties, fixing the constituent parts of the closing itself, such as the leaves, and obtaining consequently a monobloc body that is fixed to the wall or Timely place by conventional means.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of these figures, it can be seen as the monobloc window (1), it is constituted from a frame or frame (2) manufactured in a monobloc body and obtained inside a mold by casting the constituent material, regardless of whether it is plastic or metal, resulting in the internal area a closing piece or sheet (3), and arranging the frame or frame (2) of steps (4) and (4 '), which contribute to keep the blade in the open position, and prevent its movement towards the bottom, limiting its turn.

Monobloc window, of those destined to be fixed on existing gaps in walls, walls and walls, characterized by being constituted from a frame or frame (2) and a closing piece (3), both made of metallic materials or plastics, obtained by molding inside a mold with appropriate dimensions for its configuration, presenting the frame or frame (2) two projections of semicircular configuration, located at opposite points of the interior of the frame or frame (2), a leaf being internally coupled of closing (3), provided with an element (5) carrying the latch (7) that is mobilized by means of a traction element (8), and which is coupled in a retaining part (6) fixed to the frame or frame (2) .
