Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para fabricar devanados ondulados para maquinas eléctricas, más concretamente, para generadores trifásicos. Cada fase está formada por devanados ondulados (12) que están divididos en dos mitades (12a, 12b), que están inicialmente conformados par formar una estrella ondulada, que están decalados uno con relación al otro alrededor de un paso polar y finalmente introducidos en las ranuras de una bobina del estator. El mencionado devanado ondulado puede ser fabricado de forma fácil y fiable, devanando inicialmente la primera mitad (12a) del devanado en forma de un círculo o polígono en un primer sentido de devanado y posteriormente insertar el cable pasante de devanado (15) dentro de un ciclo de devanado (21) en el sentido de devanado contrario de tal forma que la segunda mitad (12b) del devanado se devane en el sentido contrario y ambas mitades de devanado estén igualmente conformadas para formar una estrella. Posteriormente, ambas mitades de devanado (12a, 12b) se enrollan alrededor de un paso polar (p) con relación uno del otro de tal forma que el ciclo de devanado (21) se introduce en la forma de estrella entre ambas mitades del devanado.
