Abstract
Intercambiador de calor destinado a recalentar una materia fría, fluida y espumosa, que contiene unas partículas sólidas y unos gases, tal como purines, a partir de un líquido caliente, caracterizado porque comprende una serie de intercambiadores elementales (1) montados en serie, constituidos por un tubo horizontal (2) con pared térmicamente conductora, en el cual se hace circular la materia, de un extremo al otro, y por una envolvente tubular (3) concéntrica, que rodea dicho tubo (2), en la cual se hace circular el líquido caliente de un extremo al otro, y en sentido inverso al de dicha materia, y porque en el interior de dicho tubo (2) está montado coaxialmente un árbol rotativo (4) que lleva un cepillo helicoidal (40) que forma rosca de tornillo de Arquímedes, que roza contra la pared interna del tubo (2) asegurando el transporte de la materia en éste.
