Abstract

Dispositivo de freno para un vehículo de motor que consta de un soporte de fijación (1) y de un servomotor neumático de ayuda al frenado (2) fijado en funcionamiento al soporte (1), comprendiendo el servomotor (2) una envuelta rígida (3) formada al menos por una semienvuelta delantera (31) y una semienvuelta trasera (32) que está contigua al soporte (1) en funcionamiento, estando esta envuelta rígida (3) reforzada al menos por un tirante (4) y que delimita un volumen interno en el que dos cámaras (33, 34) están separadas entre sí por medio de un tabique móvil (5), atravesando el tirante (4) la semienvuelta delantera (31), el tabique móvil (5) y la semienvuelta trasera (32), y constando de un espárrago (4), cuyo extremo trasero (42) lleva una rosca (421) y puede ser roscada en el soporte (1), y cuyo extremo delantero (41), exterior con relación a la semienvuelta delantera (31), forma una cabeza de apriete (411) que puede ejercer un apoyo sobre la semienvuelta delantera (31), atravesando el propio espárrago (40) directamente la semienvuelta delantera (31), el tabique móvil (5) y la semienvuelta trasera (32) y que presenta entre sus dos extremos (41, 42) una sección intermedia (43) esencialmente cilíndrica, llevando esta sección intermedia (43) un primer tope (61), interior con relación la semienvuelta delantera (31) y separada de la cabeza de apriete (411), llevando la semienvuelta trasera (32) un casquillo (7), caracterizado porque el extremo posterior (42) del espárrago (40) está acoplado y desliza libremente en el casquillo (7), y porque el casquillo (7) presenta una longitud (L) adecuada para impedir que el extremo trasero (42) del espárrago (40) se salga de este casquillo (7), y porque el primer tope (61) está colocado, en la sección intermedia (43) del espárrago en una posición tal que permite que la rosca (421) no sobresalga del casquillo (7) antes de que el servomotor haya sido fijado al soporte.
