Abstract

Dispositivo transportador para la introducción de un cable de fibras químicas, suministrado en linea recta en lo esencial con velocidades de transporte mayores de 1.000 m/minuto, recientemente hilado y/o estirado, en un bote de deposición en arrollamientos con forma de espiral, que consta de un tubo de guía curvado, apoyado de modo capaz de girar con relación a un eje vertical y susceptible de ser propulsado alrededor de este eje, con un orificio de entrada dispuesto próximamente junto al eje de rotación o coaxialmente con respecto al mismo, y un orificio de salida dispuesto a distancia radial y axial con relación orificio de entrada, estando la tangente al tubo de guía inclinada, en la zona del orificio de salida, con respecto a la perpendicular al eje de rotación, un canal de guía de hilos curvado entre el orificio de entrada y el orificio de salida, así como un transportador de boquillas en canal de guía de hilos, caracterizado porque el tubo de guía (1) está curvado tridimensionalmentede manera en si conocida entre el orificio de entrada y el orificio de salida (10) y porque la tangente al tubo de guía en la zona del orificio de salida (10) forma con el radio de su círculo de rotación (17) un ángulo de inclinación entre 30° y 80º.
