Abstract

Cuba de fermentación, de funcionamiento automático, para instalaciones de vinificación, que comprende una cuba principal, una cuba superior, un conducto de remontado para alimentar el líquido sometido a fermentación desde la zona de fondo de la cuba principal hasta la cuba superior, medios para descargar dicho líquido desde la cuba superior hasta la cuba principal, y medios inyectores asociados al conducto de remontado, para inyectar en dicho líquido una carga de gas con oxígeno; caracterizada porque el conducto de remontado presenta una primera abertura de eflujo que alimenta el líquido a la cuba superior, y una segunda abertura de eflujo que alimenta el líquido al interior de la masa de líquido, contenido en la cuba principal, con una válvula asociada al conducto de remontado para alimentar selectivamente el líquido a la cuba superior o a la cuba principal, o a ambas, por dichas aberturas de eflujo.
