Abstract

El invento se refiere a una nueva polinitramina, el 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazatetraciclo-(5.5.0.0 {Sup,5,9}.0{Sup,3,11})-dodecano, también denominado hexanitro- hexaazaisowurtzitano, preparado por nitrosación del 4,10- dibencil-2,6,8,12-tetraacetil-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazatetraciclo- (5.5.0.0{Sup,5,9}.0{Sup,3,11})-dodecano, seguido por una nitración del producto obtenido. Esta polinitramina es una sustancia explosiva con mayores prestaciones que el hexógeno o el octógeno, que se puede utilizar como carga explosiva u oxidante en las composiciones pirotécnicas.
