Abstract

Un motor del tipo de encendido en la compresión que comprende:una cámara (5) de combustión;un inyector (6) de combustible que inyectacombustible hacia el interior de la cámara (5) decombustión, estando dividida una región operativa del motor en una primera región operativade un lado de baja carga y una segunda regiónoperativa de un lado de alta carga;medios (30) de control de inyección que causan la inyección de combustible al menos una vezantes de 50 grados antes del punto muerto superior de la carrera de compresión para producirla combustión del combustible inyectado cuandoun estado operativo del motor se encuentra en laprimera región operativa, cuyos medios (30) decontrol de inyección inyectan una primera cantidad de combustible en una manera y magnitudtales que la combustión no se produce aunque seinyecte el combustible, en una región predeterminada de temporización de inyección de una mitad última de una carrera de compresión dondela combustión no se produce aunque se inyectecombustible, y que causan la inyección de unasegunda cantidad de combustible en una temporización posterior a la región predeterminada de temporización de inyección para dar lugar a lacombustión de la primera cantidad de combustible y de la segunda cantidad de combustiblecuando el estado operativo del motor se encuentraen la segunda región operativa.
