Abstract

Un método de tratamiento de una sustancia húmeda, tal como lodo o estiércol, donde la sustancia húmeda se mezcla con zeolitas, se seca la mezcla de zeolitas y sustancia húmeda, la materia seca obtenida por extracción de humedad de la sustancia húmeda se separa de las zeolitas, y las zeolitas vuelven a utilizarse, caracterizado porque la sustancia húmeda que se va a tratar se mezcla en una mezcladora-secadora con zeolitas del tipo A, que adsorben el agua de la sustancia húmeda, desprendiéndose mientras calor de adsorción que hace que se evapore más cantidad de humedad desde la sustancia húmeda, y las zeolitas, después de la separación de la materia seca, son regeneradas a través de calentamiento antes de volver a la mezcladora-secadora para su nuevo uso.
