EL AGENTE DE LIGADO ASEGURA QUE EL MATERIAL DE SOLDADURA EN POLVO DISPONGA DE DOS ESTADOS DIFERENTES DE FORMA RELATIVA A SU ACCION DE LIGADO DURANTE EL PROCESO PARA LA ELABORACION DE LA ESTRUCTURA METALICA.
