Abstract

Cerámica porosa, que se obtiene mediante: a) mezclado de una solución acuosa de un polianión apropiado orientable en forma io- notrópica con, ya sea, - los óxidos o hidróxidos o hidratos de óxidos de los metales Al, Zr, Ti y Nb, que se encuentran en forma de sol, - o bien, con los óxidos o hidróxidos o hidratos de óxidos finamente cristalinos de estos metales que se encuentran en suspensión, - o con fosfato tricálcico o apatito finamente cristalinos que se encuentran en suspensión, b) puesta en contacto del sol mixto obtenido conforme a a) o de la suspensión obtenida conforme a a) con la solución de una sal de un catión metálico divalente o trivalente para fabricar un cuerpo de gel ionotrópico, c) compactación del cuerpo de gel por introducción en soluciones de electrolitos, que siguen reforzando la sinéresis del polielectrolito formador de gel original, d) enjuague del cuerpo de gel con agua e impregnación subsiguiente con un disolvente volátil y miscible con agua, e) eliminación del disolvente volátil miscible con agua del cuerpo de gel o de los cuerpos de gel exentos de agua obtenidos conforme a d), f) eliminación mediante calcinación de los componentes orgánicos del cuerpo de gel seco o de los cuerpos de gel secos obtenidos conforme a a), g) sinterización del producto obtenido conforme a f).
