Abstract
La invención se refiere a nuevos derivados 1,2,3,4-tetrehidornaftaleno sustituidos por piperidil o piperacinil que tienen fórmula (I) en la que X es N ó CH; Y es NR{sub,2}CH{sub,2}, CH{sub,2}NR{sub,2}, NR{sub,2}-CO, CO-NR{sub,2}, o NR{sub,2}SO{sub,2} en los que R{sub,2} es H o alquilo C{sub,1-6}; R{sub,1} es H, alquilo C{sub,1-6}, o cicloalquilo C{sub,3-6}; R{sub,3} es alquilo C{sub,1-6}, cicloalquilo C{sub,3-6} o arilo-(CH{sub,2}){sub,n}, en el que el arilo es fenilo o un anillo heteroaromático que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N, O y S y que puede ser mono o disustituido, n es 0-4; R{sub,9} es alquilo C{sub,1-6}, cicloalquilo C{sub,3-6}, OCF{sub,3}, OCFH{sub,2}, OCH{sub,2}F, halógeno, CN, CF{sub,3}, OH, alcoxi C{sub,1-6}, alcoxi C{sub,1-6} alquilo C{sub,1-6}, NR{sub,6}R{sub,7}, SO{sub,3}CH{sub,3}, SO{sub,3}CF{sub,3}, SO{sub,2}NR{sub,6}R{sub,7}, y un anillo heterocíclico o heteroaromático sustituido o insustituido que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre N y O, en el que los sustituyentes son alquilo C{sub,1-6}; o COR{sub,8}; en el que R{sub,6}, R{sub,7} y R{sub,8} son como se han definido anteriormente, La invención se refiere también a los (R)-enantiómeros, (S)-enantiómeros o racematos en la forma de base libre o de sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de éstos derivados, a un procedimiento para su preparación, las composiciones farmacéuticas que contiene a dichos compuestos terapéuticamente activos y al empleo de dichos compuestos activos en terapia.
