Abstract

Mecanismo para procesar biomasa compactada, el citado mecanismo comprende - un sistema de traslado (1) moviendo la biomasa compactada de forma controlada principalmente en la dirección horizontal, - el primero (2) y el segundo (3) rodillo giratorio situado en la dirección hacia el sistema de traslado (1) con sus ejes de rotación por lo general horizontales y paralelos, estando situado el primer rodillo (2) de forma horizontal más cerca del sistema de traslado (1) que el segundo rodillo (3), girando el primero (2) y el segundo (3) rodillo en direcciones opuestas con diferentes velocidades periféricas y estando el rodillo (2, 3) provisto de elementos dentados (7, 9) que sobresalen de las superficies exteriores para agarrar el material de la biomasa compactada y pasarlo a través del hueco (8) formado entre los dos rodillos (2, 3) caracterizado por la velocidad periférica del segundo rodillo (3) que es más alta que la velocidad periférica del primer rodillo (2).
