SE PRESENTA UN APARATO PARA RECOGER, SEPARAR, COMPROBAR Y ALMACENAR PEQUEÑAS CANTIDADES DE SANGRE O DE OTROS FLUIDOS CORPORALES "IN SITU". EL APARATO INCLUYE UNA CAMARA DE RECOGIDA QUE ESTA APRETADA POR UN FILTRO HECHO DE UNA LAMINA FINA DE MATERIAL FIBROSO QUE TIENE UN TAMAÑO DE PORO MEDIO INFERIOR A 3 MICRONES. EL MATERIAL FIBROSO HA SIDO TRATADO CON UNA MEZCLA QUE CONTIENE ENTRE UN 1 Y UN 40% DE PESO PARTIDO POR VOLUMEN DE CARBOHIDRATO Y ENTRE UN 0.1 Y UN 15% DE PESO PARTIDO POR VOLUMEN DE PROTEINA NO ESPECIFICA. LA MEZCLA PREFERIDA DE CARBOHIDRATO/PROTEINA COMPRENDE ALREDEDOR DE UN 10% DE MANITOL Y ALREDEDOR DE UN 6% DE ALBUMINA.
