Abstract

Un procedimiento para producir hidrocarburos a partir de hidrógeno y monóxido de carbono mediante la reacción de hidrógeno y monóxido de carbono en una zona de reacción que comprende catalizador sólido en partículas y medio líquido sustancialmente inerte, que comprende: llevar a cabo la reacción en una sola zona de reacción turbulenta dentro una cubeta de reactor de lecho de ebullición adaptada para la reacción de gases en presencia de un medio líquido sustancialmente inerte y catalizador sólido en partículas, en el que el gas que comprende uno o más de entre gas hidrógeno y gas monóxido de carbono se introducen en una pluralidad de localizaciones dentro de la zona de reacción de modo tal que las burbujas de los gases fluyan hacia arriba a través de la zona de reacción que comprende partículas de catalizador sólido y medio líquido sustancialmente inerte a velocidad suficiente para expandir el lecho a un volumen mayor que su volumen estático; y en el queel medio líquido sustancialmente inerte tanto se añade como se retira de la zona de reacción, creando con ello un flujo que facilita la expansión del lecho hasta el punto en el que al menos parte del catalizador sólido está en un estado de movimiento aleatorio; y además en el que el gas hidrógeno, gas monóxido de carbono, o una mezcla de los mismos se introduce a una pluralidad de distancias predeterminadas desde la base de la cubeta.
